We hope this will prevent any large call costs arising from some phone companies' charges to 0845 numbers. 0845 enables call queueing and the option for prescriptions, which sadly is not possible with 0114 numbers.

Get an appointment reminder send directly to your mobile phone, this service is provided free of charge to all our patients who submit their mobile phone numbers to reception. If we already have your mobile phone number on our system they you will automatically be added to this new service. If you would NOT like to receive SMS reminders to your mobile then please mention this to reception and you will be removed from this service.
